Hi my name is Paul Jones and about 18 months ago I started this increable journey with abit of a push from dr Richard butcher and I thank him so much I could not run to save my life and look at me now training for a marathon which if you did not no is 26miles yes that's alot I know but I have already done a number of 5ks and 10k runs and a half marathon and it's all bee for a fantastic cause royal manchester children's hospital in the space of just over 18 months I have lost 5 stone and feel fantastic and much more healthy I have come of most of my tablets as well I started at Copley gym now am running 3days aweek plus I have joined lockside medical centre park run which we do every Saturday morning so if you want to get fitter and more healthy why not come and have ago at the park run lots of support and very friendly people who will help you so if you would like to sponsor me fo my marathon it would be very much appreciated

I remember you starting not long after me, ( I still haven 't managed 10k,) you are a complete inspiration Paul. Love the picture of you and your son too!
