I'm not sure about this one, but it's a possibility.
If you go to Garmin Connect on your PC (not sure about the phone app, I've always done this bit on my PC).
On the menu on the left, scroll to the bottom where 'Personal Records' are in yellow text and click.
It will then list all your personal records and any new ones will have a blue 'Accept' button for you to accept the new record. Try clicking on that to accept it and then see if it syncs to your watch.
Yep I discovered that too, you have to ‘accept’ a record on your watch before it uploads to the app. For example you may run/walk a marathon and time it as a run. But you may not want to record it as your longest run because you know you walked a lot it of and some people may want to save that record for distances where they’ve run the whole way. So the system asks you to confirm you want the record to count before it puts it in the app.
I’ve had problems with my watch too the last few days (wasn’t showing steps or my runs on app) and switched phone and watch off...then when I turned back on it was back to normal.
Last night I unpaired the phone and watch then linked them again. Took the dog out started the watch and it uploaded the walk with a map so it's working again. What I will do now and again is switch the watch off and on again as I never do it 😊
Looking at the responses Buddy and given my own Garmin problems this morning, I wonder if this is a Garmin issue rather than individual devices- but I’m very un-techy so who knows!
Was taking to someone else who was doing a treadmill run. Garmin only tracked half the run and kept looking for gps even though he pressed on indoor run. Hope it gets fixed 😊
Haha yes I logged a Pilates session last night and another this morning. It shows up in my Garmin Connect but hasn’t synced to my Strava. I was going to plug my watch into my old laptop and synch it to Garmin Express. Sometimes that finds missing stuff
Mine does this quite often. I turn my phone off and then back on in close proximity to my phone and hey presto it uploads to Connect. Hope you get it fixed. 🏃🏻♀️😊
