I just ran for 60 minutes!

Using a mixture of Garmin and Ju Ju’s magic plan, I set of on my ‘’long run’’ this morning. Garmin says 60 minutes, Ju Ju says 50 minutes. At 50 minutes I felt good so I carried on to 60. Covered 9.96k. Not bad for first 60 minutes! Felt like a good run too. But windy but rain stopped after first 5 minutes.

Happy Sunday running everyone 🏃‍♀️

Good run for you, if you had continued you could have ran a 10K in about 63 minutes.

Thank you! I know AlMorr. I was following the Garmin training program on my watch so I wasn’t exactly how much distance I’d covered and it doesn’t give you an option to carry on once your time is ‘up’ unfortunately. I would have done otherwise

Wow! You only graduated two months ago!! That is so impressive! Well done! I’ve done two consolidation runs - oh!! I sooo want to be typing what you are some day! Congrats again. Don’t know you, but feel super chuffed for you!!!

Thanks very much! You’ll get there too don’t worry. Just don’t put any pressure on yourself. I literally did 30, 35, 40 and then 50 minute runs and somehow ended up doing 10 in 60! You can do it 💪🏼
