Just wondered if you you are aware of this YouTube channel, which I stumbled across a few days ago? Lots of useful tips for new and experienced runners alike. Definately worth dipping in to imo and not sure how I've not heard of it until now!🤷‍♀️ Link to one video but loads to explore!

There is one where anna does the New York marathon. The footage is great and she gets so emotional 😊

Haven't watched that one yet but I have watched a couple of others where she gets emotional - brilliant and very real!

Yeah, some of it is useful and also some of it is quite funny too. Good channel. I especially like the one the did about " You know when you are a runner when......" I have become ridiculously sentimental about a very old pair of trainers I have. Dont run in them any more but throwing them out ( sorry recycling) is just too soon atm!
