Very busy parkrun today and weather wasn't too bad. I got a new PB of 29.33.

No parkrun for me this morning, what I did today was to take a train down to Helensburgh, I took a walk along the Helensburgh Prom, I took a photo for Tbae who used to live in Scotland, that is the place where I ran my graduation run on April 2018.

Hi Buddy34, congratulations on your 9th parkrun and that fantastic time! Our local parkrun had 724 runners on Saturday 28th!!! It's twice round a woodland path so it was packed! But lovely to see so many people out. I felt quite good knowing that despite coming in the high 400s, there were 200 people behind me! Too many really, but no disasters!

Very well done Buddy34! I did my first volunteer stint today as my knee is still too poorly to run. Quite amazing to see the start of the run at a distance. And then at the end, seeing how much effort people put in, regardless of whether they are sub 20 or over 50 minutes. 😊

Practically ALL the parkruns I looked at for Saturday had record numbers of runners, I agree New Years resolutions to get out and run, walk and get fitter, here on C25K and B210K there are far more people taking up running as a New Year's resolution as well
