Parkrun

Finally plucked up the courage to try a parkrun. I have found all sorts of excuses for avoiding it until now-I was afraid I would come last by miles. Anyway-I really enjoyed it and if I can believe Strava’s time I took about 36 minutes, which I am really pleased with. The fastest I had run 5K before was just under 40 minutes. My main aim though was to run all the way round without stopping to walk and I managed that by slowing down on the hills. I don’t think I was last but we were quite well spread out at the end- I will see when they put the results up. Even if I was it does not matter.😀
