FALSE ALARM 😂

Went on my first run yesterday after about two weeks. Had a problem with my phone so I had no app, no music - nothing. Just me and the great outdoors. It was a beautiful day. I managed 25 minutes running but it was a struggle so maybe I might go back a bit but hey that's me back out there. And now I've decided to do the yoga too. What a scream this morning - my friends all in the lounge when I set myself up on my mat, all prepared. Then I discover there's no yoga - just a little chat. 😂 oh well back to the drawing board. I wonder how many of us did that this morning? Happy New Year everyone!

Yes! She starts today infact. I'm just thinking about when I'm going to have time today. The first one is about 40-50 minutes long but I'm determined to do it. Running tomorrow so I want to get an alternation going.

Haha, yes Adriene always does that. She calls it Day 0, with Day 1 starting on January 2nd! 🧘‍♀️
