Because I was ill last week I only managed to get out the once (instead of the 3 runs planned) so now I'm left wondering how to continue.
Do I repeat week 6, continue with week 6 and do the other two runs, or just move on to week 7?
Well, I have decided to call this morning's Parkrun W7R1. I'm sure someone somewhere will say "that's cheating" but if I'm only cheating myself and I don't mind then it's not really cheating at all is it 🤣
Here's to trying to squeeze in the final 5 runs around all the family Christmas & New years plans!
