...and quite frankly I really don't mind!

Because I was ill last week I only managed to get out the once (instead of the 3 runs planned) so now I'm left wondering how to continue.

Do I repeat week 6, continue with week 6 and do the other two runs, or just move on to week 7?

Well, I have decided to call this morning's Parkrun W7R1. I'm sure someone somewhere will say "that's cheating" but if I'm only cheating myself and I don't mind then it's not really cheating at all is it 🤣

Here's to trying to squeeze in the final 5 runs around all the family Christmas & New years plans!

Go for it, if you call it cheating then I missed put 2 weeks by going straight to 10k on my 1st 9k week. As did many others. Happy running

Week 7 - you’re so close. I wouldn’t call it cheating just a slight adaptation and many of us have done that.

Good luck squeezing in the last few runs.

No problem doing that. I’m sure many of us have tweaked the plan a little in the past and many more will in the future. 😀 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️ You’re doing brilliantly, keep it up! 👏👏
