That is what I am. Haven't been out for a run for about 2 weeks. Felt guilty for not making it to the tinsel Parkrun this morning, I found a quick break between the showers and managed to cover 2.5km. Had to remind my legs what they're for as have the Boxing Day Run coming up. I really hope it dries up before then!
