I thought I would try running 10k again , I think even though I did it last Monday I just wanted to see if I could keep it up .

Nice sunshine today so it's perfect weather even at 4 degrees and I knocked 32 seconds off last week's time .

Fantastic run for you today Buddy34, knocking off 32 seconds from your first 10K last Monday.

I'll have to run another 10K soon, I got a idea to where I might run it, this morning I walked 6K up the Forth Walkway at Stirling, 6K and back, 12K altogether, I saw a couple of runners, I thought perhaps sometime soon I should run a 10K on that walkway, I would run to the 5K part and back, no traffic, great views of the Highlands in the distance, Stirling Castle and the Wallace Monument.

I'm a bit knackered at the end of 10k . So 10 miles seems a long way off but you never know 😊

Easier transition than 5k to 10k; you have all that running in your legs now. No rush though; enjoy your 10ks 👍👍

That's what made me try and go from 5k to 10k was reading other posts. Also people said it's easier to get to 10k than 5k and it's true 😊
