I ran well today, having recovered from a virus. So back training. Keeper in mind that Finnish, the feeling of elation. Keeping my pace. So with that in mind, I was successful. However the anticipation of the email result. I must have checked my phone so many times after 11 a.m. However I eventually I get the results. Yea! Who can I tell. Opps, so many people, but no one interested!

So I share will my running crew on here. Spoke to a lovely lady at the end and said are you my opponent in the tables. She said no, she’s always no 1 as she is 70. Well she looks amazing, so just keep on running.

Off to work now.

My recovery from running now is so good, I forget that I have run.

Thanks for reading.

👍🎉👏🏼🎉 The only trouble with a PB is it raises the bar! But you will go on improving! Well done you. 🎉⭐️ A shooting star!

Congratulations. Have you tried playing the stats? If you go to the results page and click as to how you want to order the list you can do it by age grading. My opponent beat me yesterday but I must be a fraction older than her so by doing that I jumped above her. 😆
