I'm a little bit late reporting on my runs from last week as it has been a bit full on πŸ€ͺ but happy to say that I managed 3 lovely runs and didn't get wet once πŸ’¦

So this is how it went... Tuesday 7k in the beautiful Rivelin Valley... Thursday 5k on the hills of High Bradfield and Sunday a wopping 15k from the middle of nowhere to home 🏑

I've noticed that I don't like doing a 'run there, turn around and run back kind of run' for a few reasons. The outward journey is always great, but on the return I get a bit bored. So on Sunday I asked my husband to drive me out into the middle of nowhere, drop me off and I would run homeπŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘πŸ˜‚ The route was familiar, but I had no idea how far away from home I was! The weather was cold but very sunny β„οΈβ˜€οΈ So with a phone πŸ“±a couple of Werthers Original sweets🍬 and a kiss good bye 😘 he left me πŸ™‹πŸΌβ€β™‚οΈπŸ€— to RUN ALL THE WAY HOME πŸƒπŸΌβ€β™€οΈπŸ‘

I enjoyed it so much that I'm going to do it again!

Have a great week everyone! xxx

What a brilliant post AliHC. You will be able to get your husband to drive you to all different locations now you know you can run all the way home.

Congratulations πŸ˜ŠπŸ˜ŠπŸ‘πŸ‘

What a great idea.....one to think about for the future πŸ‘

Sounds like a fantastic week of running, well done. Lovely photos and a great run home. I can see how running towards something ie home would feel some much nicer.
