I believe this sums up my 8km run today... 'it's a new dawn, it's a new day, it's a new life, for me, and I'm feeling good'. Without a doubt the gym work and swimming are helping with my runs, my legs feel strong, my heart rate is steady (97% of run in zone 3) and my breathing is happening without effort. I may be slow (7mins/km) but I am happy and I am loving the new me
This week is going to be finished with my 4km run on Thurs night and my 5km run on Saturday at Parkrun!
Happy running people
