Just completed 6.5km jog/walk in sunshine through woods. It was wonderful. I have had a niggling ankle problem and was really looking forward to getting back out there. I'm slowly getting fitter and not as out of breath as I used to be. I think I am finally getting there nearly running 12 minutes and not stopping to walk. Then jog/walked the rest. I am pushing myself but not too much lol.

A sunshine run through the woods sounds divine 💕
Yes I highly recommend it I much prefer running in sunshine and crisp air to the gym. I can make a cup of coffee too when I get back pretty quick no car needed lol. Hope you are having a good day
I can't seem to bring myself to run on the treadmill anymore but I love my all season outdoor running. It makes everything better.
I'm currently recovering from a celebration night out with friends last night and have my work Christmas party tonight. I'm going to need a good cleansing run tomorrow, for sure 😆

Running in the woods in wintertime is my absolute favourite! Just to be in nature is wonderful - to run an added bonus! Hope your ankle is on the mend. Happy running to you. 😊
