Hi everyone, I am in Thailand for some much needed rest and relaxation. I am having a lovely time and giving my body a well deserved break after 7 months of solid running ๐โโ๏ธ
Iโve met another runner from London on my tour group and weโve exchanged our running histories, tips and tricks.
Itโs great to have this time to myself, to simply take stock of where I started, where I am, what Iโve learnt along the way and and whatโs coming up in the next few months (5K and 10K races booked). My love of running continues to grow each day and I wanted to say a quick hello to everyone whose been a part of this journey with me ๐

Enjoy the rest & relaxation in exotic surroundings. Lovely pic & how special to find another runner to talk โshopโ with๐ Enjoy some personal well deserved time out! We look forward to hearing about your adventures in due course x
Enjoy your much deserved RnR! What a gorgeous picture and such a pretty place to relax. Those trees look like they are right out of a Dr, Seuss book ๐
Itโs been a really amazing holiday, I travelled with a group of fellow foodies and we enjoyed tasting our way though mainland Thailand. Highly recommended.
Funnily enough I pulled a muscle in my left thigh whilst climbing some steep steps at a temple! And didnโt manage such an injury in my 7 months of running! It was really sore to touch for a couple of days, but all heeled up now.
Canโt wait to get out for a run when Iโm back home ๐
