Hello from Thailand! Much needed R&R

Hi everyone, I am in Thailand for some much needed rest and relaxation. I am having a lovely time and giving my body a well deserved break after 7 months of solid running 🏃‍♀️

I’ve met another runner from London on my tour group and we’ve exchanged our running histories, tips and tricks.

It’s great to have this time to myself, to simply take stock of where I started, where I am, what I’ve learnt along the way and and what’s coming up in the next few months (5K and 10K races booked). My love of running continues to grow each day and I wanted to say a quick hello to everyone whose been a part of this journey with me 👋

It’s been a really amazing holiday, I travelled with a group of fellow foodies and we enjoyed tasting our way though mainland Thailand. Highly recommended.

Funnily enough I pulled a muscle in my left thigh whilst climbing some steep steps at a temple! And didn’t manage such an injury in my 7 months of running! It was really sore to touch for a couple of days, but all heeled up now.

Can’t wait to get out for a run when I’m back home 👍
