I did my third run of week one's training, which for me was the 30 minutes. Kept it slow again, and did a feel-good sprint for the last minute.
So it's going well, feeling good about it at the moment. The increases in time each week look manageable with how I'm feeling right now, so I'm going to press on! My only downside is I can't do the 10k race I planned to do before I started this, but hopefully there will be plenty coming up in the spring 😉
