I have just realised that I am running faster and for longer recently. Only 8.4kmh for 20 minutes lol. However an old injury has stopped me this week. Hope to keep up the fitness but worried I'll lose my fitness that I have built up

Is there anything lower impact you can do to keep up your fitness such as swimming?

Swimming as below is a good one - depends really on the injury.
