I put off my w3r1 for a game of squash tuesday night since when I have been aching all over partly as it was a different exercise but more likely due to zero warm down afterwards - so any advice?
..before horses are mounted I should say I did not warm down as my squash game ended abruptly when my opponent (accidentally I should say) nearly decapitated me with a scything follow through that caught me on the bridge of the nose/teeth after briefly and painfully connecting with my wrist - hence my only concern at the time was to limp away and ensure that I had no fractures or other serious issues to contend with!
So I guess the question is - will a run loosen evreything up again or make it worse?

I'd say a little run might definitely make you feel more comfortable in your body... but I'd exercise full safety precautions, phone, letting someone know you are going, and running somewhere fairly public because essentially you got a bit of a whack to the head there.
