Hi, I’ve just posted in the October forum as I did my first 10k race last night and had completed the distance a couple of weeks before 
I’m now able to run 10k. It’s taken me since January 2019 but I got there & will keep going 😊

Hi! I completed bridge to 60 minutes 2 weeks ago. Do I get a badge for this? In the 60 minutes I ran 7.37 k. I know I'm really slow, but my goal was to run for the time. I hope to increase my speed over time, but I was delighted to achieve my goal. Maybe the full 10k will come in time, but I did find running for the hour really hard. Thanks for the great plan. Without it, and the C25K plan initially, I could never have done this. Thank you!!

Wow 🤩 that was tough this morning but 10k now done and dusted.
It was raining and I found my jacket was not waterproof after all. Should have worn a cap as my glasses were covered in rain but knew stopping to clear them was not an option and eventually they cleared from the heat of my face. Gloves got soaked so at around 7k took them off - next time need better ones or a spare pair.
Very windy as well, as within the first couple of k I got hit on top of the head by a falling branch - ok small branch but still a shock and did hurt a bit 😭 but I kept going! Especially windy at the finish along the beach promenade - technique was gone in the last k - I must have looked 104 not 64 - hope no one was driving by that knew me, as I no longer looked like a gazelle 🦌 but a shuffling listing hippo 🦛.
My only consolation as I went round was that I need never do 10k again - as ju-ju’s magic 10k plan is done 🤩
Well perhaps next year?

6k, really slow but enjoyable. Set out just to run for pleasure along a completely different route in Spain

Yet, happy that I do run at all.
So, I never thought I’d make 5K when I started C25K back in March....then I read about the magic plan to get to 10K and decided against it.... then I ran 7k and last week 8K and then today.... I ran 10k in 1 hour and 8 minutes 😁😁😁 I don’t post often, but I read lots. It’s the inspiration here that made me believe...... please may I have my badge?!

Hi. Did a 10k race today. Muddy and carried rain water in the gear. Not the weather one wishes for their first 10k race but I am grateful to God that I could do it.

Went out for a little 5k on Tuesday, thought I’d try and push to 6k. Somehow managed to keep going for an hour!
The thought spurring me on was the realisation I’d get my 60 minute badge, 8k in 60 mins completed. Really proud of myself 😊🏃♀️💪🏼

Hi roseabi loosing the love of running with stress of selling house and a chest cough. I’m on week 6 of ju ju’s plan but not running till cough goes, as a boost could I grab a 60min badge which I did on a very slow run on 13th November for my 1st 8k in a time of 1:07:38, 2nd 8k was 56:36 but that was a very bad run for me which I posted about. A badge for 60 may encourage me to push on for those last 3 weeks.

I am just now getting my graduation info to you. I ran my 10K on 10/16/19 1:28.33. I finished the program on 10/30/19.
I left in 11/3/19 for my daughter’s wedding and then it was Thanksgiving and Christmas!
Hi Roseabi, can I have my 60 minute badge please. I first ran 60 minutes last month and this morning I ran for 69 minutes and managed 7K. I would feel very proud to have this little grey badge.
