First run in the dark

Had to change my route and move on to the roads from the trails. Had a really good run - did 3.5k in 23:38. Really pleased with that pace, I’ve been running at about 7:30m/km- though a little disappointed to not get to 30 mins, but I had a lot more hills in there than I have been used to. My trail run is just about flat, the picture shows the elevation in the splits.

On to the next on Thursday 💪🏼

Great effort over hills. Be happy with that result

Well done transitioning to the road and hills. I never take any expectations on a run with me when I’m changing things up... that 30 minutes will come back real soon. Great job.
