Tried a few times and reached 8.5k and my poor legs wouldnβt go any further, today was perfect. Bright and sunny, perfect temperature and the slightest breeze. Running along with a smile on my face enjoying a perfect autumnal day xx

I notice Run46 that "60mingraduate" is next to Sp81's username not Graduate10, I am not sure why that is, if you look at that graph, it does say 10K, I have worked out on my calculator that according to the splits she ran a 10K in just over 70 minutes.
Wasnβt it a lovely day? Sunny, cool and wind not too strong. Very different to Saturday. Congratulations on your first 10k Sp81, and a very good time too. ππ₯π
Iβve booked the Wickham 5k mince pie run for December. Hoping to book a mix of 5βs ( with daughter) and 10βs ( with friends) from March ish next year.
Use these winter months for training and consolidating, plus encourage my daughter to follow ju ju plan too.
I did try and get into the poppy run in purbook/Portsmouth but sold out π’
The mince pie run sounds fun. I think Iβll be doing the Santa run at Portsmouth Lakeside - sadly they have moved it from Southsea. God to do things with your daughter too.
