We enjoyed the ankles and feet last week and kept them up every day they don’t take long
Knees hmm harder but doable, i added a set of tricep dips thinking stronger arms has to help
This morning after a restless night oh my goodness every bone and muscle aches 😂 obviously we are not as strong as we thought
We are going away shortly and planned to run before packing well maybe we will run when we get there 😀
