Do take the advice of Oldfloss and head over to the S &F pages so much good advice over there that will help keep us off the IC and run stronger

We enjoyed the ankles and feet last week and kept them up every day they don’t take long

Knees hmm harder but doable, i added a set of tricep dips thinking stronger arms has to help

This morning after a restless night oh my goodness every bone and muscle aches 😂 obviously we are not as strong as we thought

We are going away shortly and planned to run before packing well maybe we will run when we get there 😀

Thank you it was lovely, sadly though we aren’t very well and although had a lovely time we didn’t run we slept a lot instead, hoping tomorrow we are well enough to run again
