Just 3k today pulled a muscle at the top of my leg getting a lot better now but don't want to push my luck. Off to the lake district in a few weeks so want to get a lot better for then.

listening to your body is just the right thing to do...and 3k? that's a great distance, you don't have to be knocking out 10k's all the time...a 3k sounds just perfect considering a pulled muscle...enjoy your stay in the Lakes
