Finished week 3 of Jo-Jo's Magic Running Plan with a new PB at Barnstaple parkrun this morning. No walking and my time down from the first run just after I graduated from C25K in April by five minutes. Really pleased although still aiming for a sub-30 minute time (32 mins to-day) but going in the right direction at least. Actually found myself on the computer this week looking for a 10k run in North Devon before Christmas, something I never would have imagined doing in my wildest dreams a few months ago. (If anyone knows of one, please let me know.) Thank you to everyone on C25K, B210K and at Healthunlocked. Such a supportive team and contributors, and such great and effective programs.

Congratulations on achieving a PB at Barnstable parkrun today, five minutes better than your first 5k Parkrun is excellent, yes those runners like me and you who consistently get a 5K time of around 31/33 minutes are always hoping to get a sub 30 minute 5k at some time or another. 😊 🏃🏾

Hey this is a lovely post. Welcome to Juju plan, it's amazing, it works and roseabi prepares you really well with her weekly posts, you can look them all up, it's the best preparation you can do to ensure a happy and healthy Juju journey. I am on my final week and I'm going to miss it so much. I'm the same as you, I never in my wildest dreams thought I would look up races but this weekend I have been seeing what races are taking place over the festive period. I want to do a 5K before Xmas and 10Ks in the new year. I have found a Boxing day race near me, and a January New Year race near me too! This is the website I used...
But it doesn't seem to include all races e.g. Race for Life (Cancer Research doesn't appear). There are many weblinks you can use to check local races near you, use google and you'll find something, keep us posted and all the best for your races! It's quite exciting knowing you have a race coming up and something to keep you motivagted throughout Autumn/Winter.
