Lately I have been smashing park run and Saturday I did it again 27:23 so happy with this 😉👍😃

Congratulations on yet another PB Kev, I think every 5K run you have ran has been a PB, that in itself is an amazing achievement, as for me, yesterday I ran at my 7th parkrun in a time of 32.31, about two minutes slower than my PB, however, that PB was at a flatter parkrun than my 'home parkrun .' which is hillier. 😊 🏃🏾

Good on you I went to a wildlife reserve and had a nice walk tomorrow is a 10K run followed by a leg workout in the gym 😉😂

Congratulations and very well done on your new parkrun PB. I hope you treat yourself to breakfast afterwards. It’s important to celebrate a PB. I did 27:27 yesterday at my local parkrun. You were 4 seconds faster. No PB for me though.
