Graduated C25k some weeks ago and struggled to keep motivation going to run for 3 x a week. Gave myself a kick up the posterior this week and got back on it. Best run ever today as i still listen to last week of C25k, but something went wrong with the recording so I ended up running 40 mins by accident! Accident or not am still chuffed with myself and it’s given me my mojo back!! Happy running!!
