On week 3 of Juju’s plan (44 minute run) on Sunday. Doing it for the 2nd time. 40 minutes in, and some women came out of a gate behind me. I thought they were calling to me, turned round a little, and next thing I knew I tripped, fell face first against a high stone wall, then down on elbow and knees to the pavement. Gashed my elbow, grazed knees, and big bump on forehead which has now resulted in two black eyes. A&E confirmed no broken bones or concussion though 🙂. Also, no medical people suggested I shouldn’t be running at my age 🤗. Will be on the couch a wee while though - sore all over!

You poor thing! Take very good care of yourself, that sounds nasty, and of course you are the perfect age for running. After you've had a bit of a rest.
