The rain held off, mostly, and when it did come down it was refreshing rather than unpleasant. Glad I’m not having to run in it today.

Good for you Maddee. Looks like fun! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🏃‍♀️ How far did it take you?

I was hoping for rain this morning actually. I drove through monumental downpours on the way and on the way back, but during my run it was dry and very humid. As I’d dressed for rain I was way too hot, but ground out 5k anyway. I love running in the rain! 🏃‍♀️💦👍

Just short of 4.5k, so perfect for the coming back to fitness Beagle. 👍

I hate when that happens! And you’re running along looking like a lobster.

I quite like running in the rain, but it does play merry hell with my glasses. I do have contact lenses to play with this winter, though.

I always wear a baseball cap for just that reason!

I wear a waterproof running cap because I wear glasses as well.

Karrimor but years old.

Yes. I have a showerproof Kalenji one, myself. And it’s great as long as it’s not too windy 👍

I do too, but if it’s really windy I still have problems.

Yes, I have to pull the peak down low.

Ahh yes, I don’t have the glasses issue, but I totally understand that rain wouldn’t be ideal with them on!

Awww love beagles! ❤️ My little Lab came with me this morning. It’s great having a furry running buddy isn’t it? 🐕❤️

I bet! I wasn’t a runner when we had 2 Labs several years ago. 🐕🐕

My greyhounds prefer a short sharp sprint and then back to the Couch - they haven't got the 5K yet :D
