Graduated in the summer and need to follow another programme like. C25K to motivate me to continue to run. So is there a schedule to follow or is this just another forum.

There is a plan on here to get you to 10k if your interested. It called ju-jus magic running plan you just follow a print out of the plan. Or there are free apps you can download if you like the commentary in your ear 😊

There isn't anything exactly like c25k. I know because I really missed it after I graduated. It would be great if there was! However there is the plan to increase time and distance as buddy says and it is really good. I'd suggest you start by running for 30 minutes three times a week for about a month. You will know when you are ready to move on because it stops feeling quite so hard! There are is a Nike running app which seems quite popular. I never quite got on with it somehow but might try again. Generally I found that a mixture of repeating week nine of c25k and moving slowly through jujus plan did it for me. Don't stop. You have come so far! Boost of luck.
