Multiple partners....

After my recent posts in search of focus it was suggested that I partake in a bit of group work....and so I signed up to This Girl Runs Keep Me Going Group which is 5k+. Each week there is a different focus but always it is about inclusiveness and caring. Those at the front have to loop back so always keeping in touch with the group. Though this can feel demoralising as people keep on passing you the leaders are so supportive and week two in, I'm really enjoying the challenge of a group sesh (I'm usually a solo runner).

Have u done Park Runs? If not you really should give that a try! That will tell you wether you would like to join a club/ group etc
