After over indulging the last few days I thought I better get myself out for a run today as I am marshalling at Parkrun tomorrow so won't be running.
Steady pace of 6:38/km and 6.5km later and still feeling strong I returned home feeling accomplished.
I am hoping to get one more run in before 2020 as I want to do a shorter speed session.
