New running shoes = new PB’s

Treated myself to a pair of Nike Joyride flyknit’s and took them out for their first try this morning. They felt great on and I was delighted to get PB’s for my 5k, 10k plus 1 and 2 mile 😄

5k was 30:12 and 10k was 1:02:32
