After 3 days’ driving, motorway sandwiches and a day of having too much of a good time with friends, we’ve arrived back in our bolt hole in France.

Only 11 days till the town run which inspired me to start running a year ago, so back to a sensible diet with lots of salad and veggies, and a lot less of the Loser Juice.

And exercise. Got the stiff legs moving this morning on the little hill run. A minute slower than last time but at least the Lazy Fairy was firmly put in her place. I feel great now 😎

Sometimes, however lovely it is to have a break, it's also good to get back into the healthy groove! Good luck with the run!

That's the way HF, a run is a great way to shake out the cobwebs after a long car ride! Takes a bit of self discipline to get out and do it though.
