I pad restored to factory settings today at my cousins and once it was unlocked and up and running, turns out my last back up was only 5 days ago, who knew? Can’t put into words how I’m feeling right now 🥂so cheers. Happy running everyone 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️

Things are now much better for you lexi6, now you can look forward to parkrun this morning if you are running, today for the first time for 3 weeks I am not running, just as well, its been raining non stop since yesterday afternoon and is forecast not to go off until this afternoon, parkrun would be just one run in puddles and horrible conditions.

Thanks Alan, feeling happy and back on track, although not running yet, back still niggly, so stretching up a storm at the moment because its Boston parkrun with Sandi next Saturday and I don’t want to miss that.🙂

This morning between 8 and 10.30, yes that is park run time, it was absolutely lashing down with rain where I live in Central Scotland, now I hadn't intended to be at a parkrun today, I also thought after last week's really sunny morning that the nearest parkrun to me would not have many runners there, anything but, despite the heavy ☔ rain, the turnout when I looked at that parkrun result there were about 50 more people who ran than last week, just shows you that heavy rain does not put people off going to a parkrun.

Parkrunners are a pretty hardy and special bunch aren’t they Alan? Poured here in Preston too and was glad my back wasn’t quite right, but then thought what a wimp I was, so I have a jacket for Boston, so rain or hail (preferably not though) I’ll be running. 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♀️👍

Thanks Dexy and the Marple parkrun photos are still there. I’m spending so much time sitting in the car at the moment, that the back is still a little niggly, so stretches, stretches and more stretches as I’m really looking forward to Boston next week.
