I was doing ok on the JuJu 10k plan. I'd done the 6k run on wk2r3 with no problem. On the wk3r1 3.5k I managed, somehow, to stumble a bit and tweaked my left calf , nothing too serious but had to take a week off just to be safe. All going back on track now , did a 7k last night with just a little bit of soreness today... can't wait to push to the 10k milestone but not going to rush it.
