Another Day Another Run...

Soooo.... after yesterday’s calamity, I decided to rest, hydrate and consume some energy boosting stuff.

And then felt the itch and went for a run today on no breakfast and forgot to drink water before I left. Don’t hate me. But got a much more comfortable 25 minutes of running done. Struggled towards the end. But honour has been satisfied. Will now TV while scoffing the yoghurt and berries and a gallon of tea...

So many thanks for all the words of encouragement after yesterday. Some were pinging in as I was running. I sounded flippant but I was seriously worried that I’d lost the knack. And you made it all feel better. ❤️

Hi, good job TC - glad you got over that blip, we all get them, sometimes it's easier to figure out why than others. I prefer to run in the morning before breakfast, I feel less weighed down. Usually drink something though, tut tut! Still you seem to have survived, just something to remember for next time. It's probably more important to hydrate well the day before, when you run first thing.
