Thought you guys would understand my happiness. Started C25K in April and I never thought I would be writing this! Enjoyed a lovely run this morning whilst on holiday in Lanzarote. Completed 6k which is the furthest I have ever ran. Nice steady pace, took 40 mins (slow to many) but I really enjoyed it.
