Today i have a day off so got up early and did a 5k run.i normally run in the evening in 30 degrees, it was 24 degrees this morning and the sun just popping up...at the end i even managed a bit extra uphill!! i cant wait for the autumn to arrive for some cooler runs.i even got myself a head torch from Nathan halo fire, tried it out late last night whilst walking the dog,,,a very good light.Happy running to you all.

Morning runs are the best! The cooler temperature and the sun just coming up! The world can look so beautiful! And usually less people and cars about too. But its not always easy fitting it in before work and stuff. I run after work at 2pm usually but as you say the temp later on can make a difference! I too am looking forward to Autumn runs!!

Good run for you smeeagain, running in a cool temperature of 24C/75F, hmmm, that's what I call a hot run, nice running first thing in the morning rather than in the evening if you can. Once Autumn comes it will be cool with temperatures around 10C/50F.
