Last night was my 2nd post C25K, managed to run 6K, not at a particularly fast pace but happy to have completed it.

Don’t forget to do 3 weeks consolidation of 30 mins before extending distance Racer. 🏃‍♂️

Yes I agree with Dexy5 do three weeks of 30 minute runs 3 times a week before adding any more minutes or distance on . Good luck 😊

Keep it steady and do put a couple of weeks of consolidation in too... short runs...30 minute runs and some longer relaxed slow runs too :)

Thanks this is the aim, I have been running 30 minutes comfortably for a couple of weeks. I have a plan of action set up for me by a seasoned runner.
