I recently graduated c25k so what is the official NHS app for 10k?

Hi all,

I am new to this forum, so I would like to prepare myself ahead. At the moment I would rather consolidate my 30 minutes run for several weeks. At the moment I manage 4k in 30 minutes, but I am looking into doing interval runs at that timeframe. But I would like to be able to run 10 k in the future. So is there a free nhs 10k app? I couldn't find it. Also do you have tips for a newbie like me? Thank you so much!!!

There are pinned links in the right hand side as regards where to go now Several options, all free so you can continue to enjoy running and building up distance carefully over the coming weeks and months, and beyond

Good luck 👍

If you want to find the NHS app - search “Couch to 5 k” - it is a BBC app I think. Enjoy
