European running

I haven’t been out for 2 weeks due to various excuses - school holiday commitments aged 1,5 &10 - too hot - travelling last weekend - you know, just life! Today looked cool enough for a tourist run so I set off in the larger pedestrian square in Europe (vastly underused) and with the church bells of Nôtre-Dame de Lyon pealing in the background. I ran up the banks of the Soane so nice and flat. Various thoughts - if I hear fish jumping why so few fishermen? - why do men have to p**s up walls? (it stinks) - why do other runners glow and I’m fluorescent? - why didn’t I take a picture of that mural on the way out as I think I’ve missed it now? - why do we have to go home tomorrow? Anyway a quite glowing 5k completed so just have to decide which view to add (found the mural later). Happy running everyone

I don’t know if you found all the answers to your questions but 5k before returning home is a great idea. Safe journey back nome.
