Having trouble with sweat running into my eyes, I have tried wrist sweat bands (aka the 80’s😆) a cap and even carrying a tea towel 😂. Any tips gratefully received!

Cotton bandana ? CoolMax headband ?
I wear a Ronhill stretch headband that works pretty well whilst I’m running as it’s very good at wicking the moisture away.

It does make your eyes sting doesn't it !
I was going to suggest a bandana...maybe a microfibre one ?
I am so glad this isn't just me! I sometimes take a Buff with me (stretchy enough to wear as a bandana, around my neck or wrapped a couple of times around my wrist for light sweat-dabbing purposes - depending on the weather). It helps that it has a dog print on it (I believe other prints are available!).

I wear a buff and a towelling wrist band but I also tuck under that a man- size hankie - if i Have room I take two. Great for brow mopping, and nose blowing of course

A buff round the wrist for mopping up for me.
Cheers for all the good advice!

Headband is the only way. I always wear one, even under my visor, can't bear it otherwise. I am a heavy sweater.
I have a Ronhill one and a long one I tie on and a little slim one for under visor band. I avoid the old fashioned towelling type as they would feel too hot and still with thinner, wicking fabrics.

I wear a bandana does the job nicely.
