Parkrun 3 .

β€’20 Replies

So today I completed my 3rd parkrun and have to say I'm over the moon . Since my first parkrun I've managed to knock off nearly 2 whole mins !!!.Todays time was 25mins 23secs so I couldn't be more happy 😁😁. It was hard going but we'll worth it especially when I read the e-mail lol. Bring on next week's run ,below 25mins is now my target so let's do this . Happy running people πŸ˜πŸ‘ŒβœŒ

Thanks Granspeed, and yes injury could strike at any time !! I did push myself to the limit today and I should be more careful but what the heck, glad I pushed now 😁😁😁

Congratulations on getting a PB at this mornings Walsall parkrun, onwards and upwards to a sub 25 minute 5K but be careful not to injure yourself.

in reply to AlMorr

Thanks AlMorr, going to do some 3k runs in the week (Monday, wednesday) and take it a little slower . Today just clicked into place . Sub 25mins would be nice tho lol πŸ‘ŒβœŒ

Amazing time! I was proud of reducing my time from 32.31 to 31.47 🀣

in reply to Rowers

Thank you Rowers, I amazed myself to be honest lol. Didn't think I'd reduce my time by that much so I was pleased to say the least. You've done so well to , that's a brilliant effort , just keep chipping away at that time πŸ‘ŒβœŒ.
