Back in March I completed my first 5k run after following c25k and damaged my Achilles. I’ve had a few months off and some treatment, now I’m starting back (gentley!) and have managed a few test runs, starting properly at week 6, leg feels bit tight even after stretching but not swelling up thankfully. glad to be back on it

Good luck with your comeback, I went through a couple of years of Achilles tendinitis and know how slow and painful the recovery is.

That’s great news. Welcome back 😀. Take it slow and little by little build back up. You will get there. 😀

Welcome back. Nice gentle runs for a while and don’t push distance too quickly once you’re back at week 9. I assume you have physio routines for the Achilles.
