Can't quite believe I did 5k in 31mins 10 secs last night. Not easy but felt great after it. Onwards and upwards as they say...10k here I come..

Congratulations on your c25k graduation. Please don’t rush on to 10k. The recommendation is to do 3 weeks consolidation of your 30 minute runs before extending time and distance.
