Hi, I completed my final run about 3 weeks ago and was a bit unsure how to step up to the next level. I did it today without actually planning to- I ran 5K in 30 mins :)) So I now feel like a proper C25K Graduate 👩‍🎓

Congratulations on completing run 3 of week 9 and graduating from C25K 🎓 🏃🏾

To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message on the April graduate post in the pinned posts on the right side of the healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated 🎓 🏃🏾 👍

Ta, I have already graduated but only did about 3.5k in the 30mins. I really wanted to achieve 5K in 30mins and did it today 🍾🥂

5K in 30 minutes is pretty good, especially for new runners who like myself have not ran since leaving school. I am happy to run a sub 35 minute 5K, all of the 17 official Parkruns I have ran have been sub 35 minutes, the fastest being two of 30.55 and 30.56, I don't think that I will ever get sub 30 minute 5k even locally even if I set my metromone app at 184 step/cadence/beats a minute, the maximum cadence I set it is 180, that way I get a 31 minutes 5K time. 😊 🏃🏾

I still run to Laura🤪 I know every tune by heart now.. I have been having a problem with taking too many smaller strides and then feeling an aches in my lower back after. I decided today to try longer strides and see how I managed and it worked!!!!

Well done! I put myself on the graduate page too (a week ago) and it was acknowledged but didn’t realise you get a badge next to your name , how do I retrieve it?

All who run 3x30 minutes are proper graduates Daroo .....but you get an award for being a super speedy one 🙂

Thanks! I didn’t plan to be speedy today but I was in a cross mood going out and there was a weirdo man wandering about the industrial estate where I was running so I had to keep changing direction to avoid him.. but it all was good in the end!!

Brilliant! Well done :)
