Congratulations on completing C25K with and graduating.

To get your graduation badge and the word GRADUATE 🎓 next to your username leave a message on the August graduation Healthunlocked C25K home page and tell the administrators that you have ran W9R3 of C25K and graduated, you can go on to B210K after you run several 30 minute consolidation runs

I would suggest you run three times a week for 30 minutes just consolidating and then try jujus Magic running plan. This takes you to running for either sixty minutes or 10 k. If you are quite slow, like me, you can aim for the sixty minutes first and then have another go running the distances. It gives you a nice structure for improving your running! Lots of luck with the next stage!

Hi Nella. I agree with every word Gwenllian wrote above. That’s definitely the way to go.

Congratulations! As others have said, consolidate and then try the ju-ju- plan before then, celebrate!

See you on Bridge to 10k for your next running adventure
