Been out today on day one of a five week 5-10K plan. Did 4.5 miles on total of 4 x 10 min runs and 1 min walks in between each run. It was tough if I’m honest...but I did it and I felt that glimmer of determination returning. Fingers crossed.

Lol. It builds for three repeat runs for three weeks and then escalates in week four on each run and then go for it on week 5! We will see. I’m not at work at the moment so have time to throw at it. Will do my very best to have a chauffeur waiting after the last run so I can have a double!!!! 🤣
