Morning all. After the heat this last week and work I’ve not managed to run at all, and today is the first full day of our holiday in Suffolk so I went for it this morning aiming for a 9k. It went very well indeed so well I fact I did 10K

Yes you heard it 10K just taking it easy and did it in 1:03.22. I’m over the moon to say the least 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Wow! Excellent after a break of a week. I have seen comments mentioning that a break larger than the rest day is beneficial and I would love to hear more about this. I haven't had a break (apart from rest day) for 2 months...
