I looked through my winter running gear hanging on pegs: long sleeved shirt, long jogging trousers, waterproof jacket, waterproof trousers, gloves and beenie hat. Can’t imagine ever wearing that kit!!!

Might do an update in the depths of a Cornish January. 🌧

Agree, can't beat a run in the countryside on a nice frosty morning, this recent heatwave has messed up my running schedule completely :(

Yes and sometimes you wear several layers! That time will be back again before you know it. Enjoy the warmth while it lasts.

😄🤣😄 I think one of the hardest things is standing (or running) in one temperature and imagining being in a very different one. That’s why I’ve been known to pack a cardigan when going to Barbados in August 😱🤣. Best not to chuck the long trousers just yet....

you will wear the hat and gloves i’d say I wear my lightweight run jacket a lot Ditto long tights 🙂. Not at present 😃
